Before your appointment
Please ensure the property is empty of personal belongings, cupboards are cleared, and electricity and running water are available. Let us know about any remaining furniture or areas requiring extra attention when booking.
Products and equipment
Yes. We supply our own cleaning products and equipment, and the cost is included in your agreed quote.
Please mention any product preferences, allergies or delicate surfaces in your enquiry so we can confirm suitable arrangements before your appointment.
Your cleaning quote
Your quote depends on the property’s size, condition and the cleaning tasks required. Share your checkout checklist, if available, so we can confirm what your booking covers. Any additional work and charges will be agreed with you before we proceed.
Cleaning can address dirt and residue but does not repair damage or general wear and tear. Deposit decisions remain with your landlord or letting agent.

We agree a room-by-room scope with your quote. The checklist above includes empty accessible kitchen cupboards and drawers, and accessible interior window glass. Appliance interiors and specialist work are optional extras.
How much does it cost and how long will it take?
Both depend on the property size, condition and agreed tasks. Share the room count and any useful photos so we can discuss a tailored quote and estimated duration.
Will this guarantee my deposit is returned?
No cleaning service can guarantee a deposit decision. Your landlord or letting agent assesses the tenancy requirements and property condition. Share their cleaning checklist when enquiring.
Do you clean ovens and carpets?
