Before your appointment
Please ensure building work is finished, tradespeople have left, and tools, rubble and construction waste have been removed. Electricity and running water must be available.
New paint, grout, sealants and other finishes should be fully cured and ready to clean according to the installer’s instructions. Please let us know about any delicate or newly fitted surfaces when booking.
Products and equipment
Yes. We supply our own cleaning products and equipment, and the cost is included in your agreed quote.
Please mention any product preferences, allergies or delicate surfaces in your enquiry so we can confirm suitable arrangements before your appointment.
Your cleaning quote
Your quote depends on the property’s size, the work completed, the amount of dust and residue, and any extras requested. Photos can help us assess the job, although a site visit may be needed. Any additional work and charges will be agreed with you before we proceed.
Construction waste removal and repairs are outside the cleaning service. Dust can continue to settle after renovation work, so please mention if you would also like a follow-up visit quoted.

When should I book the clean?
Plan for after building work is finished and construction waste and tools have been removed. Tell us your expected completion date so we can discuss availability.
Can you remove paint, plaster or adhesive?
Tell us about any residue and share photos. Removal depends on the surface and material and must be assessed and agreed separately.
Is rubble or building waste removal included?
Construction waste removal and repairs are outside the cleaning service. Please arrange removal of tools, rubble and construction waste before the appointment.
What if building work is still underway?
Let us know before the appointment. Further work can create more dust, and the cleaning plan or date may need to change.
